Andrei Radivoyevitch Joins Family Heritage
CLEVELAND, September 10 th, 2008 - Family Heritage Life Insurance Company of America is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrei Radivoyevitch as Sales Director.
Andrei Radivoyevitch brings to Family Heritage over 25 years of highly diverse supplemental health insurance industry experience.
Andrei started his insurance career in October 1983 with Capitol American Life Insurance Company in Cleveland , Ohio and held several management positions while gaining invaluable exposure to accounting, financial reporting, internal audit, product development, marketing and all facets of insurance company operations.
In 1991, Andrei joined Inter-State Service, Inc., Capitol American’s largest independent field marketing organization where he became Vice President of Administration, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer while administering company sales growth to an all-time high of $26 million NAP.
In 1999, Inter-State Service was acquired by Performance Matters Associates, a wholly-owned insurance marketing subsidiary of Conseco based in Dallas , TX where Andrei served as Vice President of Finance and Operations, Chief Financial Officer, and a member of the Senior Leadership Team for 5 years.
In 2004, Andrei embarked on a venture to build a direct sales marketing organization for Performance Matters Associates and the Conseco Companies. Starting as a lone agent, he recruited, trained, and developed several distinct sales teams while personally producing and leading by example. He was successful in winning several company awards and achievements.
Andrei and Zorica, and their two children Elena and Nickolas, happily reside in Broadview Heights , Ohio .
Andrei will be building his sales organization initially in Ohio , but will then focus on expanding his organization nationally. Family Heritage’s Vice President of Business Development, David Deliz will assist Andrei in recruiting new and established insurance sales persons.
